Pied a Terre

We completed a full-remodel of this Parisian style apartment in BuenosAires, Argentina resulting in a contemporary style where wood chevron floors and Parisian molding transport you to Europe. We opted for beautiful stone in the kitchen and bathrooms, statement wallpaper, and contemporary furnishings that allowed the interior architecture to become the protagonist in the design. In the main areas, the minimal color palette is refined while at the same time approachable.

A turn-key project, we ensured every detail was cohesive and complementary. Working with a local architect Dado.Estudio,  we were able to expand the kitchen to provide more space allowing it to flow seamlessly into the dining room. The laundry room was concealed with a paneled wall to allow for an open plan kitchen.Furnished with a round dining table surrounded by velvet dining chairs and antique lighting from Madrid, the dining room is apropos with the design aesthetic.  The living room features a black glass wrap around shelf that starts in the dining room and leads to the sitting area where we designed a custom sofa and ottoman. Gorgeous black framed doors lead into the main bedroom where we opted for a monochromatic color palette and minimalist bed. Custom designed jungle style wallpaper creates a statement in the kids bedroom where another antique brass light fixture continues to add character.
