Key Biscayne

Curated Waterfront

Moving from Missouri to Miami, the clients wanted their new home to have a Miami appeal. Creating a more modern and clean design, we envisioned their interiors in cool gray with warm accents that stayed connected to the linear architecture of the home. A contemporary Italian console in monochromatic style paired with a grouping of Aparatus Neo lanterns lines the foyer with a gold mirror reflecting across the room. Overall the aesthetic of the main living room is designed around plush sofas mirrored across the room with layers of coffee tables in carrara and nero marble.

A Holly Hunt rug ties in the color palette with warm accents in the lighting and side tables. With access to the patio, the outdoor setting transitions from the living room with contemporary outdoor dining and lounge seating overlooking the infinity pool. With a long open floor plan one has a clear view of the dining room from the living area. The breakfast room is a cool mix of sofa seating by Artefacto paired with Wishbone chairs. Playing off the circular dynamic of the Knoll Saarinen dining table, a custom rug by Art & Loom brings in geometric patterns. Sand and natural tones take over the family room where comfort prevails with a corner sofa paired with casual throw and rich cognac leather Bensen U turn club chair.
