Relocating from Chicago to South Florida, our clients requested an update to their home aesthetic mixing in new furniture that would blend in with their city style. Adding a bit of glam and transitional pieces, the interiors of their new Pinecrest home are an eclectic mix with pops of color and bold accents that bring together a fun and contemporary design. Dramatic textures in the selection of wallcoverings from denim blue against a pair of abstract art pieces introduces color into the home. The foyer features a beautiful console with marble top and en-vogue decor introducing fashionable elements like a pair of fringed ottomans and gold metallic lamps.

A custom wood paneled archway leads into the living room. With views of the pool surrounded by lush greenery, this sitting space is chic with metallic accents in gold paired with deep blue club chairs and sputnik style orb chandelier. The layering of details and contemporary art showcase the personality of residents. Bold black cabinetry paired with a gray marble island allowed us to introduce a statement kitchen table with a branch style base that feels organic, connecting with the natural setting of the outdoor patio. Meanwhile, in the family room, Phillip Jeffries St. Barth’s pattern wallpaper is playful and youthful where more organic style furnishings create a relaxed family environment.
